A sampler made by Ann Smith, aged 11 years, on 1st December 1821. It has embroidered verse saying 'O Lord I would delight in thee And on thy care depend To thee in every trouble flee. My best my only friend God -- me Wisdom and Dericet my - ays I ask not Riches or Length of days'.
