Foy £150, from Reverend William Upjohn (of Birnton by Dereham, Norfolk) and Mary Ann his wife, and Joseph Smith (of Coventry, draper) and Hannah his wife, to Henry Lea (of Coventry, gentleman), Francis Lea (of Falcon Square, London, gentleman) and James Troughton (of Coventry, gentleman) of a croft or piece of enclosed land outside Greyfriars' Gate, the site of the Salutation Inn and a barn, now called Warwick Row, reciting the history of the property, described in the earlier deeds of this series; covenant to declare a final concord or common recovery in respect of this and other property.
