The testatrix bequeaths £30 to her godchild Annie Moore the daughter of William Moore and Sarah Moore of Birmingham and £5 to each of the girl's parents, £10 to Charlotte Aubrey Arethusa "Leeman" [recte Leeming] (wife of William [Leeming] of West Derby, Liverpool, esquire) and like sums to Jemima Ptitchard of Cheltenham[, Gloucestershire], Frances Bagot Hemming and the Servants' Benevolent Institution (32, Sackville Street, London); of the residue, the executors must use £50 for discretionary support of the testatrix' nephew Robert Christopher William Owens (of Staines, Middlesex), placing it in a savings bank for at most 21 years, but the legacy should abate if it cannot be paid fully from the personalty; the residue is bequeathed to the testatrix' cousin James Uffall Winkebank (of Oakfield Grange, Southampton[, Hampshire]) with remainder to his daughter Mary Ann Winkebank; C.A.A. [Leeming] and Arthur Seymour (of Coventry, solicitor) are appointed executors.
