Whereby, having recited: firstly and secondly, PA101/8/168,169; thirdly, that the £50 has not been paid and that the interest vests in Edward Freeman (of Coventry, alderman and trustee of White's charity) as surviving trustee; fourthly, that Benjamin Conigrave is dead; fifthly, that on 29 Dec 1774 Coventry corporation resolved that Joseph Conigrave (of Coventry, mason) should receive a similar loan; and sixthly, that they made the grant so that J. could discharge B. Conigrave's mortgage, be assigned the term's residue and execute PA101/8/172; therefore (in consideration of the agreement, £50 and 5/-) E. Freeman transfers to J. Conigrave the premises and muniments subject to repayment of the £50, and also confers on him PA101/8/169 and any claims thereunder.
