Gentry et al convey to Courtaulds land on the west side of Lockhurst Lane, Coventry as shown on a plan herewith, subject to the restrictive covenant to which Richard Lenton agreed in the 1821 deed and to none of the site's being used during the next five years for the sale of intoxicating liquor or as a dance hall or betting or gambling establishment.
