Woollen-draper (45), 1 Priory St., 1881 (census). A devisee of Joseph Barnes' (q.v.) estate in 1892 when he was described as a retired woollen merchant - see PA575/47: PA591/2.V. Of Croft Gate, Queen's Road (1900). He was a mortgagee for Sowe Fields Farm in 1902 and died on 29th Oct. 1909 - see PA202/25/15,17. As an executor of his partner David Spencer (q.v.), see PA1681/77/2.XI: PA2398/6/4/1/4; PA2398/6/4/14/3,15 (1886 - 1909). A mortgagee for 42-47, Nicholls Street, Hillfields (1894-95: see PA2398/2/1/23/4,5). Harrison had Starley Road land, 1901 - see PA2398/2/1/1/1. As mortgage-assignee for Cross Cheaping and Great Butcher Row premises from 1891 until his death, see CCA/2/3/157/71. From 1899 Harrison held a debenture with John Astley & Sons Ltd. and was involved in a mortgage of theirs (CCA/2/3/195/44). William Spencer entrusted Harrison with his late father Henry's Earl Street premises on behalf of his uncle David in 1887 - see CCA/2/3/441/59.IX. Harrison was a mortgagee for Pinketts Booth property, 1900-02 (see PA2770/13/2,4).As an executor of David Waters (q.v.), 1889, see PA2770/27/18. As a trustee for Rebecca Barnes Marindin's share of Joseph Barnes' estate, 1884-92, see PA2770/60/1.LVII,LXVI,LXVII,LXXV,CXXIII,3. Trustee for David Spencer's purchase of Much Park Street land, 1887 - see CCA/2/3/314/48.
