In 1817 Waterfall was a Bond's Hospital trustee - see BA/D/D/29/1. This fellmonger was trustee for a watchmaker's purchase of a Spon St. messuage, 1809 -13 - see PA436/4/7-10. As a Bond's Hospital trustee, see PA54/18/8,10; PA54/21/4; PA54/23/6 (of Hartshill, Warwickshire in 1821); PA54/25/7; PA54/28/3; PA54/30/4; PA54/31/7-9 (1830); PA54/34/25: PA500/6/1 (still at Coventry in 1820). Mortgage-assignee for Honey Field and Shuckmore, 1797, along with Mary Seymour, as an executor of his namesake father (see PA56/52/16,19). He was an executor of the calico-manufacturer William Browett (q.v.), 1812 - see PA56/99/11. In 1817 he was acting as an executor of Thomas Wills (PA491/78/5.II). Occupied a garden next to Lesser Butler's Meadow, Spon End before 1820 - see PA491/78/16.III. As a Southern and Craner's Charity trustee from 1796, see PA2398/6/2/2/9-12; PA2398/6/2/3/16; PA2398/6/2/4/29; PA2398/6/2/10/6. Waterfall's personal vouchers for 1812-13 are to be found at PA2398/6/2/20. As executor of the fellmonger John Waterfall and initially described as "junior", 1800-10, see PA849/6/30,33,36. Waterfall had Crow Lane land, 1793 - 1814 - see PA849/26/1-6; PA849/27/1. He was trustee for the leatherdesser Joseph Gulson (q.v.)'s purchase of Spon Street property (1807 - PA849/31/1.I). As a bankruptcy-assignee of the worstead-manufacturer William Bright, 1794-95, see PA1023/4-6. An executor of John Seymour (q.v.), by 1821 Waterfall was living at Hartshill, Warwickshire (see PA2770/26/6-7). Mortgage-assignee for property beyond Greyfriars' Gate's site and in Whitefriars' Lane. 1798 - 1817 (see PA2816/2/6,7). Involved in Town Court litigation, 1817 (see BA/E/K/110/483,488).
