I. 1 Mar 1921. Indenture, mortgage. Edgar Turrall of Coundon Hall near Coventry conveyed the farmhouse Mount Nod with outbuildings and several closes of arable meadow and pasture land containing 196 acres, 3 roods, and 30 perches formerly occupied by William Waine, Thomas Wakefield and now by Peter Davies, lying in the parishes of Allesley and Stoneleigh shown coloured pink on a plan attached to a conveyance dated 28 Apr 1903 save a portion of Enclosure No. 980 having been sold off, to Kathleen Mary Hollick of Stoneleigh Grove, near Coventry, widow, John Orton Hollick of Dorridge, Knowle, surgeon and Reginald Richard Hollick of Stivichall near Coventry, gentleman to secure £2,750 plus interest. The schedule lists numbers on plan, description of land, type of cultivation and acreage. In the parish of Allesley includes Coles Corner, Hill Field, Part of Alders, Coppice Hill, part of Limes Piece, Farmer's meadow, Riders Close and pond. In Stoneleigh parish includes Thorney Hill Meadow, Thorney Hill, Further Alder's Piece, Lower Stoney Stiles East and West, Hither Alders Piece, Limes Piece, Givin's Ground south east and west, Upper Stoney Stiles, Broad Lane paddock, orchard, and Mount Nod farmhouse and outbuildings. Plan in two parts. Memorandum endorsed: conveyance dated 8 Nov 1911 in which Turrall conveyed 3 acres 2 perches part of 980 to William Isaac Iliffe of Allesley, printer and publisher; conveyance dated 22 Feb 1938 of 1 acre 2 roods near Broad Lane to The Newcombe Estates Co. Ltd. and Whitmore Park Estate Co. Ltd; conveyance dated 11 Dec 1939 of a strip of 12 acres 1 rood 3 perches to Coventry Corporation to form part of the Coventry by-pass road.

III. 11 Dec 1939. Conveyance, reciting a notice to treat served on Turrall on 12 Feb 1937 by Coventry Corporation and that Turrall had agreed to sell land to the Corporation for £2,410, Edgar Turrall conveyed to Coventry Corporation 12 acres 1 rood 3 perches of land at Mount Nod Farm numbered 340, 341, 343, 344, 345 and 346 on the plan. Fencing covenants by the Corporation and covenant to construct subway (points not produced on conveyance plan). Schedule of 5 deeds (1903-1928).
IV. 23 Dec 1925. Edgar Turrall's will appointing his wife, Kathleen Elizabeth Turrall and his brothers- in- law Reginald Richard Hollick and Roland Hollick his executors.
V. 5 Apr 1929. codicil.
VI. 12 Dec 1945. Edgar Turrall died.
VII. 18 Feb 1946. Will proved in Birmingham District Probate Registry.
VIII. 31 Jul 1946. Conveyance. Kathleen Elizabeth Turrall of Coundon Hall, Keresley, Coventry, widow, Reginald Richard Hollick of Stivichall Grange, Coventry, farmer and Roland Hollick of 97 Little Park Street, Coventry, solicitor conveyed 29.838 acres of land being part of Mount Nod Farm bounded on the north east by Dunchurch Highway, on the south east and south west by other land of Mount Nod Farm contracted to Northampton Brewery Co. Ltd. shown coloured brown on the plan to Atkinsons Brewery Limited of Aston Park Brewery, Aston, Birmingham. Price £13,500. Rights of drainage granted over land edged green on the plan. Purchaser to get no rights of light or air. Schedule of 5 deeds (1903-1946).

XI. 24 Sep 1958. Deed of Grant in which Atkinsons Brewery Limited granted drainage rights to Dolphin Development and Management Company Limited from Dolphin's land on the north east side of Dunchurch Highway over Atkinson's land on the south west side of the highway, the route of which was shown on the plan, surface water draining into Gupwell Brook. Atkinson's were given rights to connect into the sewers to be contructed on its land by Dolphin. Dolphin to construct the sewers to adoptable standards. Consideration £250.
XII-XIII. 27 Nov 1959. Official search and company search.
XIV. 9 Dec 1959. Conveyance by Atkinsons Brewery Limited to Cryfield Estates Limited of 45 Blondvil Street, Coventry, of 29.338 acres being part of Mount Nod Farm together with the drainage rights in VIII. and XI. Rights were reserved to the vendor for its land coloured blue of way to gain access to Nod Rise and of drainage. Covenants in the schedule to benefit the land coloured blue and a piece of land 2248 square yards fronting newly constructed roads, Buckingham Rise, Amersham Close, Chalfont Close to the north east side of Dunchurch Highway sold to Atkinsons by R.H.P. Developments Limited relating to fencing, prohibiting use as a club or pub, prohibiting caravans or the burning of bricks or tiles and prohibiting any noisy, offensive or dangerous trade. Covenant by purchaser to make up an accommodation road from Nod Rise to the blue land.
