Whereby, having recited: firstly, CCA/2/32/736/10; secondly, payment-default; and thirdly, that Joseph Freeth (of Coventry, gentleman) has called in the £60 but Benjamin Keene [II] (of Coventry, worstead weaver) needs £100: therefore, in consideration of £60 and £40 paid respectively to Joseph Freeth and Benjamin Keene [II], they transfer to Henry Giggins (of Coventry, hair dresser) CCA/2/3/736/10's tenements (now or late inhabited by B. Keene [II] and Joseph Eburne) and the garden, for payment by B. Keene to Henry Giggins of £100 at £5% per annum interest on 22 Jan [1817]; covenant to insure for at least £100.
