XVII 14 Dec 1921. Consent to XVIII granted by Equity & Law.
XVIII 25 Mar 1922. Conveyance whereby, having recited: firstly, I; secondly, III; thirdly, VII; fourthly, that Cranfield Coe Henry Coape Arnold (of Wolvey Farm, Warwickshire, esq.) and Claude Seabroke (of Rugby, Warwickshire, solicitor) were the current trustees; fifthly, that Equity & Law had consented to the sale; and sixthly, that Henry Francis James Coape Arnold (of Wolvey, esq.) had agreed to sell this deed's land for £600: therefore he conveyed to John Frederick Cox (of Belvedere Road,[ Earlsdon], Coventry, coal merchant) 3a. 0r. 27p, (occupied by the buyer) as per plan reproduced herewith; covenant to produce scheduled deeds.

XIX 6 Aug 1919. XX 4 Mar 1919. Release whereby, having recited: firstly, that on 31 Dec 1915 the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries ordered that scheduled lands be charged for twenty years from 25 Mar 1915 with the repayment of £8/18/8 a year; secondly, that by the same order the Board charged the inheritance of scheduled lands with £20/14/8 annually to the Lands Improvement Co. (of 1, Great George Street, Westminster[, Middlesex]) for proportionate repayment of a £383 capital sum plus interest; thirdly, two 24 Feb 1916 deeds poll whereby the Lands Improvement Co. assigned to Alliance Assurance Ltd. (of 1, Bartholomew Lane, London) by way of mortgage the improvement-loan charge created by the order; fourthly, that on 11 Jul 1919 the Board ordered that first-scheduled lands be released from the charges; fifthly, that Henry Francis James Coape Arnold (of Wolvey Hall, Warwickshire, esq.) had agreed with the Lands Improvement Co. to redeem the loan-charge for £108/3/1 and £403/4/6; and sixthly, that it had been agreed that the Alliance Assurance Co. should receive such sums in part discharge of the deeds' poll money: therefore, in consideration of those sums, both companies released to Henry Francis James Coape Arnold the loan-charges.

XXI 2 May 1928. Mortgage by Demise for 4,000 Years whereby John Frederick Cox (of "Elm Villa", Belvedere Road[, Earlsdon], Coventry, coal merchant) charged to the Midland Bank Ltd scheduled hereditaments.

A close at Foleshill leased on 23 Jun 1915 by Henry Francis James Coape Arnold to John Frederick Cox, to whom he conveyed it on 25 Mar 1928.
XXII 2 Jan 1929. Conveyance whereby, having recited: firstly, XXI; secondly, that that deed contained a power of sale; and thirdly, that over £171 was owed upon that mortgage: therefore for £175 the Midland Bank Ltd. (of 5, Threadneedle Street, London E.C.1) sold to Edward Arthur Smith (of 5, Canal Road[, Edgwick], Coventry, builder) 850 square yards (having a 51-foot frontage to Woodshires Road, Longford, Warwickshire and a depth of 150 feet), bounded south-east and south-west by the bank's property, north-west by John Fennell's and north-east by Woodshires Road, as per plan reproduced herewith; Edward Arthur Smith covenanted to erect a fence as per plan, only raise buildings approved of by the bank (whose permission would be needed to trade there) and not to dig there sand or gravel beyond what was necessary to erect a building on the site; he would enjoy no right of light, whereas the bank was at liberty to dispose of the rest of its estate there but did covenant to produce XVIII.
