"Bird Grove", Foleshill Road (see PA1681/71), J.P. (1900). See PA279/44/4133 (1889), 5040, 5044, 5389, 5492, 6013, 6064, 6074, 6079, 6751, 9057, 9608, 9625, 9659 (1909). Described as "junior" until c.1892, this ribbon-manufacturer had a St. Nicholas' St. house, 1880-92 (see PA466/21/1,2). 1853 (see PA1681/44/11) - 1927. He was an assignee of the "Cheylesmore" inn, Greyfriars' Lane, and adjacent cottages, 1912-14 (CCA/2/3/472/64,68,79: PA1681/35/4,11,12). For his Corley, Allesley and Fillongley parishes land from 1881, see PA1681/44/4--28 passim; PA1681/45/3,5; PA1681/47/8-13. He was farming at Arley, Warwickshire in 1899 (PA1681/47/10). For his land at Bishopgate Green, see PA1681/70. He also had Oldbury Hall, Atherstone parish (PA1681/71/1). CCA/2/3/472/79 shows that by 1914 Cash was living at Chelmsford. CCA/2/3/582/20 shows that he was in 1890 a director of the Coventry Liberal Club. Sold Bishopgate Green property, 1907 (see PA2630/1.IX).
