Whereby, having recited: firstly, that, at the time of PA2770/12/7, Charles Edward Jenkins (of Cruckton Hall, Shropshire, esq.; second lieutenant in 13th. Hussars) shall have possessed the premises; secondly, that on 14 Jul 1897 he deposited title deeds with Rose Edith Annette Jenkins (of 2, Bayshill Terrace, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, spinster) - which also relate to land of greater value than this one's - as security to repay £2,000 with interest; but thirdly, that no legal mortgage has been executed; fourthly, that Charles Edward Jenkins has contracted to sell this deed's property to James Dawson (of Pickford Grange Farm, Allesley, Coventry, Warwickshire, farmer) for £5,500; whilst fifthly, that Rose Edith Annette Jenkins is satisfied that the residuary estate is sufficient to service the mortgage: therefore, for £5,500 paid to Charles E. Jenkins, he and Rose Edith A. Jenkins convey to James Dawson Pickford Grange Farm (240a. 1r. 1p.) as per first schedule: moreover, having recited, sixthly, that the Jenkinses are retaining second-scheduled documents, therefore they covenant to produce them for the purchaser such that C.E. Jenkins is responsible for the first one shown and Rose E.A. Jenkins for the second.
First Schedule: description of the farm.
Second Schedule: two documents (1896-97).
