Whereby, having recited: firstly and secondly, CCA/2/3/473/25,26; thirdly, that Joanna Johnson died on 8 Apr 1848 and that her administration was granted on 16 Jun 1849 to Daniel Johnson (in 1868 described as of Aston-le-Walls, Northamptonshire, farmer and grazier) as her next of kin; fourthly, that Richard Bliss [I] Burbidge's 8 Dec 1843 will left the premises and others to Thomas [II] Burbidge (in 1868 of Leamington Priors, Warwickshire, gentleman) and Thomas Jenkins (in 1868 of Coventry, chemist and druggist); fifthly, that Richard B. [I] Burbidge died on 11 Jan 1859 and that his will was proved on 26 Jul 1859; sixthly, as CCA/2/3/473/28.VIII; seventhly, that Elizabeth Johnson died on 7 Mar 1867, by her 8 Jul 1850 will leaving all personalty to her sisters Sarah and Rachael Johnson (in 1868 both of Byfield, Northamptonshire, spinsters), and appointed Daniel Johnson executor, who proved it on 28 Mar [1868]; and eighthly, that Thomas [II] Burbidge and Thomas Jenkins have paid all moneys owing to Sarah, Rachael and Daniel Johnson: therefore the surviving Johnsons return to T. [II] Burbidge and T. Jenkins residuary property.
18 Mar 1883. Endorsed memorandum that Thomas Jenkins and Richard Bliss [II] Burbidge conveyed part of the premises, then known as 7-9 (all numbers), Market Street, to Thomas [III] Burbidge.
