X 1 Jan 1849. Assignment of Terms whereby, having recited: firstly, BA/A/G/2/3,1; secondly, the vesting in Thomas Hudson; thirdly, BA/A/G/2/9,14 (main deed and endorsements); fourthly, that Richard Holland Goode outlived Thomas Banbury; fifthly, that the £3,000 principal remained unpaid; and sixthly, that William and Richard Warner (both of Bulkington, Warwickshire, gentlemen) had agreed to discharge the sum to Richard Holland Goode: therefore, for £3,000, he transferred to them the principal and BA/A/G/2/9's premises.
XI 29 Mar 1853. Assignment whereby, having recited: firstly, deeds of 19 Oct 1704, 23 Nov 1709, 31 Oct 1710, BA/A/G/2/3,1; secondly, the vesting in Thomas Hudson; thirdly, BA/A/G/29,14 (with endorsements) and IX; fourthly, that £3,000 was due to William and Richard Warner; and fifthly, that the mayor, aldermen and burgesses intended to sell tithes and premises: therefore (in pursuance of an agreement of even date whereby everything except specified tithes [not included in abstract] and property charged with £3,000) for 10/- W. and R. Warner (with the agreement of John Sadleir (esq.) and Alfred Hervey (esq.; called Lord Alfred Hervey), two Lords Commissionrs of the Treasury) consigned to Coventry corporation tithes and lands not affecting the abstracted premises.
XII 29 Mar 1853. Agreement [endorsed in the original on X] whereby, having recited: firstly, that £3,000 remained unpaid; secondly, that the mayor, aldermen and bugesees (with John Sadleir's and Alfred Hervey's agreement) intended to sell tithes, lands and rents raised by the 19 Oct 1704 and 31 Oct 1710 deeds and by BA/A/G/2/3; and thirdly, XI: therefore the corporation covenanted with William and Richard Warner that unexcepted premises should remain charged with £3,000.
XIII 31 Mar 1863. Assignment whereby, having recited: firstly, BA/A/G/2/3,1; secondly, the vesting in Thomas Hudson; thirdly, BA/A/G/2/9; fourthly, X; fifthly, that William Warner died on 18 Oct 1858 and was buried at Bulkington, Warwickshire; sixthly, that the principal was due; and seventhly, that Richard Warner had agreed to surrender unexcepted lands under BA/A/G/2/9: therefore, for 10/-, he yielded to the mayor, aldermen and burgesses BA/A/G/2/9's lands, reserving BA/A/G/2/3(h), BA/A/G/2/1(a)(ii),(b),(c)(ii) and the magistrates' court, police station, fire station and offices erected on BA/A/G/2/9(c)'s site.
