Whereby Elizabeth Hayes (widow of Edward [I] senior of Coventry, heelmaker, deceased) and her son John [I] Hayes (of Coventry, mercer and silkman) charge to Mary Catterns (of Coventry, widow) the premises covered by PA2398/6/2/6/1's messuage (now two, of which one is new, the pre-existing one formerly inhabited by John Mills), with chamber, yard and orchard as in PA2398/6/2/6/2, all now occupied by Elizabeth Hayes and John Mann, for redemption of £100 at £4/10/-% per annum interest such that £2/5/- would be paid on 19 Jul [1740] and £102/5/- on 19 Jan 1741.
