Swain's enclosure number 200 called Backside to the northeastern corner of Lord Clifford's old enclosure number 245 and the southwestern end of Clifford's old enclosure number 198 called Penny Park, which portion of meadow is intended as commutation between two old enclosures numbered 200 and 197 which belong to Swain, the meadow itself being exchanged for Swain's accustomed road over the northern side of Clifford's old enclosure number 245 and running into number 197; and (ed) as (ec) from Richard Swain's standpoint: decarily, whereas the Act stated that cottages and encroachments which have been erected on the common within the previous twenty years (the tithes to which were founded in possession) should be deemed Richard Hopkins' property as lord of the manor so that he might execute leases upon their occupiers' applying to the commissioners for 99 years from 25 Apr before the Act's passage at a maximum of 5/- per cottage with manorial dues paid, therefore schedule A lists those persons with their properties and rent: and undecarily, firstly, that the costs of grass seed and the ploughing and folding of the enclosed lands, together with the surveyor's costs for exonerating old enclosures from tithe, need to be taken into account; secondly, that there are residuary charges; and thirdly, that those costs total £1,062/1/2.5, to which should be added £134/4/9 received by Coventry Canal proprietors: therefore the £1,060/1/2.5 shall be borne by the proprietors as per schedule B and paid to William Dadley (of Coventry, gentleman [attorney]) by next 21 Aug..
