[Watermarked 1850.] Whereby, having recited: firstly, PA491/95/19 [dated 8th.-9th., which is wrong because the 9th. was a Sunday]; secondly, that the £50 has been discharged along with interest; and thirdly, that Reverend Thomas Sheepshanks (of Coventry, clerk [in Holy Orders]), Thomas Banbury (of Kenilworth, Warwickshire, esq. [shag-manufacturer]), James Beck (of Wolston, Warwickshire, esq.) [banker], John Herbert (ribbon-manufacturer) and Joseph Ford (gentleman [auctioneer]) - both of Coventry - Josiah Cash (of Leamington Priors, Warwickshire, gentleman [ribbon-manufacturer]), Richard Hands (silkdyer), James Sibley Whittem (esq. [currier]), Thomas Smith junior (grocer), William Clarke (ribbon-manufacturer), Richard "Coldicott" [recte Caldicott] (ribbon-manufacturer), Richard Kevitt Rotherham (esq. [watch-manufacturer]) and Robert Arrowsmith (doctor of physic) - all of Coventry - James Wall (of Bridgnorth, Shropshire, gentleman [grocer]) and Stephen Hammerton (ribbon-manufacturer) and Harry Chetham (liquormerchant) - both of Coventry -are Sir Thomas White's Charity trustees, who have agreed to lend William Kimberley (of Coventry, victualler) £50 for nine years with James [I] Haddon (of Foleshill, Warwickshire, weaver) as surety: therefore (in consideration of £50 paid by Reverend Thomas Sheepshanks et al to William Kimbeley and 10/- each by Thomas Sheepshanks et al to Elizabeth Dickenson (of Stoke, Warwickshire, widow) and James [I] Haddon) Elizabeth Dickinson and J. [I] Haddon charge to T. Sheepshanks et al PA491/95/19's property; for repayment by W. Kimberley and J. Haddon to Sheepshanks et al of £50 on 7 Mar 1853 or within one month of Kimberley's earlier death or departure from Coventry; the trustees may sell the property and pay surplus moneys to Haddon, who will insure it for at least £50.
