Reciting the following documents:- (a) With regard to two thirds of the property:- Indenture dated 22 Sep 1879 between (1) Francis Edward Williams of Derriana Lodge, Waterville, County Kerry, Ireland, Esq; (2) John Francis Greswolde-Williams of Henwick Grange, near Worcester; (3) John Francis Greswolde Williams and Thomas Suckling of Highwood Romsey, Hampshire, a Lieutenent in HM Navy; and (4) Thomas Suckling. This deed itself recites the following: that FE Williams and JF Greswolde Williams were entitled to two thirds of the property in the first schedule of the document (ie Meighs Barn Field, Big Close and garden in tenancy of Charles Camwell; Church Close, Top Lay Pit and Lower Lay Pit in tenancy of Thomas Rawson Vickers; and Meighs Wood), except one third part of a portion of Hillfield Farm occupied by Henry Richardson and of two cottages and gardens occupied by Birch and Edwards; and to the whole of Brick Hall Farm in Knightwick, Worcestershire and two pieces of land called Sharman's Corner in Harbury and for other lands (not specified in this abstract); by the indenture of 1879, they convey the property in trust to Thomas Suckling for the use of themselves and their heirs. FE Williams died on 1 Feb 1885 and buried on 5 Feb at Falmouth JF Greswolde Williams died 6 Jul 1892 and buried at Hallow near Worcester; he died without issue and was succeeded by Francis Wigley Greswolde Williams Various mortgages dated 1892 - 1896 Indenture dated 6 Aug 1892 by which Thomas Suckling appointed Reverend John Henry White of Westleigh Vicarage, Bideford, Devon as a trustee of the indenture of 1879, empowered to act on behalf of Suckling Indenture dated 22 Feb 1895 marriage settlement of FW Greswolde Greswolde-Williams of Thorney Cottage Doddenham, Worcestershire Esq and Anna Louisa Ross of Newcastle on Tyne which charged the property with the payments of various marriage jointures. (b) With regard to the remaining one third of the property:- Will of Mary Greswolde of Malvern Hall, Warwickshire, spinster, dated 27 Nov 1855 leaving her property to her nephews: Wigley Greswolde-Williams (eldest son of her sister Ann the wife of FE Williams), John Francis Williams (second son of Ann Williams), Henry Edward Williams (third son of Ann Williams) with Richard St John Tyrwhitt Esq.appointed trustee Mary Greswolde died 26 Dec 1859; will proved 17 May 1860 Certificate of burial dated 13 Mar 1880 re burial of Louisa Lettitia Greswolde-Williams, widow of Wigley G-W at parish of Halewood and Tarbuck, Lancashire Deed poll dated 8 May 1860, declaration by R St John Tyrwhitt the trustee/exectutor named in the will of Mary Greswolde that he has refused to act in this capacity Indenture dated 21 Jun 1860 in which Ann Williams, wife of FE Williams, appoints FE Williams to be the trustee of the will in place of R St John Tyrwhitt Certificate of burial dated 6 Jul 1869 of Ann Williams at Solihull Indenture dated 20 Oct 1875 in which FE Williams appoints John Francis Williams Esq of Kenwick Grange near Worcester and Henry Edward Williams Esq of Fairford, Gloucestershire as trustee of Mary Greswolde's will in place of himself On 25 Mar 1875 Wigley Greswolde-Williams died without issue and John Francis Williams assumed the name Greswolde-Williams and became entitled to one third of the Malvern Hall Estate under the will of Mary Greswolde; Wigley G-W buried at Halewood and Tarbuck, Lancashire on 31 Mar 1875; license to JF Williams to adopt surname Greswolde-Williams recorded in College of Arms on 7 Jan 1876 Indenture dated 30 April 1886 which recites death of Henry Edward Williams on 31 Dec 1875 and by which John Francis G-W appointed Thomas Suckling of 3 Marine Parade, Folkestone, Kent, member of HM Navy as trustee of the will of Mary Greswolde, instead of himself JF Greswolde-Williams died without issue and was buried at Hallow, near Worcester FW Greswolde-Williams is the eldest surviving son of Henry Edward Williams (his eldest son, also Henry Edward died aged 2 on 27 Apr 1889 at Braunston, Northamptonshire Licence granted on 7 Mar 1893 to FW G-W to use this surname Indenture dated 21 Feb 1895 by which FW G-W appointed Arthur Edward Lord as his trustee Indenture dated 22 Feb 1895 being the marriage settlement between FW Greswolde-Williams and Anna Louisa Ross, with Thomas Suckling and Henry Robert Mansel Porter Esq of Birlingham, Worcestershire being appointed trustees Henry Robert Mansel Porter died at Birlingham near Pershore, Worcestershire on 18 Feb 1909 Indenture dated 3 Mar 1909 by which George Backhouse Sandham was appointed trustee to the marriage settlement in place of Porter Indenture dated 10 Feb 1920, conveyance from FW Greswolde-Williams and trustees to William Hartlett of Browns Lane, Coundon near Coventry for £843 of land (15a 3r 34p) at Hawkes End, Allesley, described in a schedule as Big Close, Meighs Barn Field, a pond, and woodland; with PLAN Indenture dated 16 Jun 1926, conveyance from William Hartlett to Walter Tregellas of 8 Newhall Street, Birmingham, insurance company manager, and Edmund Ingram Adams of the Manor, Burton upon Trent, solicitors managing clerk, for £615 of land at Hawkes End, Allesley having a frontage to Mill Lane of 137 yards, containing 10,725 square yards; with PLAN.
