This Justice of the Peace lived at Hollyberry Hall, Allesley parish in 1900. See PA295/5/25 PA295/78/65, dated respectively 1918 and 1882. See PA279/44/3476,3481,3488,6394,6704 (chairman, Allesley Diamond Jubilee Committee, 1897),7630. He was in 1893 named an executor of his uncle John Todd who lived near Stourbridge (PA1681/16/1). Vickers bought Allesley pa. land in 1891 (PA1681/44/5) and Corley parish land in 1898 (PA1681/47/8.XVIII) from the Cashes. PA2710/9/11 shows that he was in 1914-18 interested in Egginton Farm, Wollaston, Stourbridge, Worcestershire.
