Whereby, having recited: firstly, that Annette Iliffe (of Allesley House, Allesley, Coventry, widow) owns freehold property between Greyfriars' Lane and Warwick Lane, bounded on the north by a Warwick Lane frontage which belongs to Warwick Lane Wesleyan Church trustees; and secondly, that the trustees are erecting a new Central Hall which contains seven windows that overlook her property: therefore, on the trustees' behalf, Thomas Morcom Taylor (of Warwick Avenue[, Earlsdon], Coventry, superintendent minister) undertakes firstly that they shall pay her 7/- every 29 Sep from 1932 as an acknowledgement that their enjoyment of light is by her permssion; secondly, that the lower halves of all the first-floor windows shall be glazed obscurely; thirdly, that this shall remain in force until notice be given in writing that it should cease three months thereafter; and fifthly, that the agreement applies to the extent of parties' property.
