1. Annexed Birmingham Law Society general conditions apply.
2. The auctioneer is C[harles] B[erry] Odell.
3. The vendors' solicitor is H[arry] I[liffe] Mander.
4. The sale is subject to a prior lease.
5. There will be a £250 deposit.
6. Completion will occur on 29 Sep 1920 at the vendors' solicitors' in Bayley Lane.
7. An abstract of title should be delivered within fourteen days of demand.
8. The vendors are acting as the late William Isaac Iliffe's trustees.
9. Requisitions should be made within ten days of delivery of the abstract and objections made within a further three.
10. A draft conveyance should be delivered to the vendors' solicitors at least 21 days before completion is due and engrossment occur ten days before.
11. The abstract shall begin with CCA/2/3/34/80 as regards number 17 and Andrew Sumner's will for number 18.
12. The purchasers may postpone the sale for up to one year from 29 Sep 1920 if they pay £4,000 on account at £6% per annum interest half-yearly charged, but may enjoy the rents.
13. The purchasers shall pay solicitors' costs and auctioneer's valuation-charges.

(of 19, Hertford Street, Coventry, publishers) for £12,250 from Annette Iliffe (of Allesley Park, Allesley, Warwickshire, widow), William Coker Iliffe (of Coundon House near Coventry, publisher), Edward Mauger Iliffe (of Allesley Hall, Allesley, publisher) and Harry Iliffe Mander (of Bayley Lane Chambers, Coventry, solicitor).
