Whereby, having recited: firstly and secondly, CCA/2/3/442/9,10; thirdly, CCA/2/3/442/12; fourthly that, because the £200 was not paid, the money has vested in Joseph Parker (of Allesley parish, Warwickshire, farmer) who has survived Joseph Lant who was his co-executor appointed by Samuel Swain (of Allesley, wheelwright and blacksmith, deceased); fifthly, CCA/2/3/442/13-14; sixthly, that CCA/2/3/442/13 was intended to relate to repayment of all money which Richard Newman Clarke (of Coventry, baker) owed Joseph Troughton, Charles Newcomb, James Troughton and Bryan Troughton (of Coventry, bankers); seventhly, CCA/2/3/442/16; eighthly, that Joseph Parker is owed £203/6/8 in total; and ninthly, that Richard Newman Clarke wishes to regain the premises, whilst Joseph Troughton et al have agreed that the [Little Park Street] property can stand the total security-sum: therefore, for £206 paid on behalf of C. Newcomb, James Troughton and B. Troughton to Joseph Troughton, all the bankers return to Richard N. Clarke CCA/2/3/442/14(c) (occupied by William Hood [clock and watch maker]), the property to the east now occupied by John Bagshaw [banker], that to the west by [the schoolmistress] Miss Sheldrake et al, the little yard as before, reserving cellar-access; for £203/6/8 J. Parker reconveys the premises to R.N. Clarke so as to extinguish the term.
