Lewis held land at Allesley (see PA295/1: PA219/20/2), and was lord of the manors of Knowle (where he died in 1829 as patron of the living but without an immediate heir), Milverton and Radford Semele, all Warwickshire. By his will proved on 9 Nov 1829 Lewis gave £1,500 so that the interest might go to three poor old men and three like women (nominated by his successors as owners of Malvern Hall) so that they might receive clothes (including the Greswolde livery) and food; the charity, administered under 1898 and 1933 Schemes, relates to Solihull, Radford Semele and another parish which seems to have escaped the "Victoria County History of Warwickshire". Lewis was also lord of Harbury manor, Warwickshire from 1776 or earlier. In 1810 Lewis had land near Little Heath - see PA221/2/16: PA1681/32/4. See PA47/42/2 and series 47 of PA47. For his Coundon land, see BA/A/G/4/10: BA/D/A/21/4: PA56/106/10: CCA/2/3/233/9(ap),11(aq). He was awarded land when Foleshill was enclosed in 1775 - see PA1001.
