Whereby, having recited: firstly, CCA/2/3/473/9-10; and secondly, that William Bradley (of Chesterton, Warwickshire, grazier) has agreed to lend Thomas [I] Burbidge (of Coventry, grocer) £600: therefore Thomas [I] Burbidge entrusts CCA/2/3/473/10's premises to William Russell (of Warwick, draper) as both of them do (for 5/- each) to William Bradley for redemption of £600 at £5% per annum interest on 9 Nov [1808].
