Whereby, having recited that George Ward and Robert Morgan (gentlemen) by their 13 Feb 1608 bargain and sale granted William Page and Nicholas Gowre (of London, gentlemen) inter alia Bishopswaste, Foleshill, Coventry (now or late occupied by Thomas Webbe), which is ex-Coventry Priory land, having received it under letters patent dated 12 Nov 1607, therefore for a certain sum they enfeoff Robert Trewman (of Foleshill, yeoman) with the waste (to be held in free socage) and appoint Robert Briscowe, clerk [in Holy Orders] and Richard Barker [II] (of Coventry, draper) attorneys to deliver seisin.
23 May 1609. Livery of seisin endorsed.
