Having recited: firstly, PA1681/44/4; secondly, PA1681/44/5; thirdly, Arthur Cash's death; fourthly, [the ribbon-manufacturer] Henry Soden's death; fifthly, PA1681/44/6; sixthly, [the clothmerchant] W.L. Kelsall's death and administration; seventhly, PA1681/44/12; eighthly, K.B. Kelsall's death and grant of administration to N.H. Kelsall; ninthly, PA1681/44/9; tenthly, N.H. Kelsall's death and grant of administration; eleventhly, that Joseph [II] Cash (of Coventry, esq. [ribbon-manufacturer]) has agreed to sell Enoch John West (of Kenilworth, Warwickshire, [bi]cycle-manufacturer) the premises for £511/7/6; twelfthly, that £6,880 is due to Sarah Cash (of Bankside, East Heath Road, Hampstead, London, widow) and Francis William Franklin (of Coventry, ribbon-manufacturer) with interest; thirteenthly, that £3,500 is due to Revd. James Francis Downes (of Bradford [,Yorkshire], clerk [in Holy Orders]); and fourteenthly, that it is agreed that the £511/7/6 should be paid to Sarah Cash and Francis William Franklin: therefore (in consideration of Enoch John West's paying £511/7/6 to S. Cash and Francis W. Franklin) S. Cash, F.W. Franklin, Revd. James Francis Downes and Joseph [II] Cash convey to Enoch J. West three parcels comprising Little Meadow and parts of Long Meadow Close and Windmill Hill which, with a farmyard, total 5a. 2r. 33p., as per marginated plan [which shows that the land is near Corley rectory]; covenants by S. Cash, F. Franklin and James Francis Downes, and by S. Cash, Franklin and J. [II] Cash, to produce respectively first- and second-scheduled deeds. First Schedule: 5 deeds (1873-99). Second Schedule: 1 deed (1888).
