As empowered by PA56/77/17, in consideration of £800 Joseph Smith (of Allesley, Warwickshire, farmer) charges to William Burton (of Cadeby, Leicestershire, gentleman) that deed's lands for redemption with £5% per annum interest on 9 Oct [1815]: furthermore, having recited:- firstly, that Catherine Greenway (of Attleborough Hall, Warwickshire, spinster) possesses the residue of the 1,000-year term which originated under PA56/77/1; secondly, PA56/77/18; and thirdly, that Joseph Smith and William Burton agree that the term should be transferred to George Greenway (of Attleborough Hall, gentleman [solicitor]): therefore 10/- Catherine Greenway assigns the term to George Greenway.
