(a) Moathouse Farm [, Coundon, Warwickshire and Coventry] (occupied by Richard Ebourne); (b) 20/- p.a. rent from a Coundon messuage, lately occupied by Matthew Chesterfield, now by George Bohun, esq.; (c) Radford Mill with meadow and Swans Croft, successively occupied by William Jesson, esq., Samuel Gravenor and now Benjamin Rogers; (d) two pasture closes in Radford called Great Holloway Field and Little Holloway Field, occupied by George Bohun; (e) 4/- p.a. rent from a Radford Close once occupied by Alderman Francis Cater, now by John Ithell; (f) St. Clare's Grove, Radford, occupied by Bridget Catterns, widow; (g) a close which, formerly divided into Barn Yard and part of New Fields, lies at Radford and is farmed by John Heath junior; (h) the other part of New Fields, formerly occupied by Matthew Smith, now by Thomas Warden; (i) the two Steeple Fields in Radford, occupied by Thomas Warden; (j) a barn and little meadow in Radford, occupied by John Smith; (k) Little New Fields, Radford, lately occupied by Gabriel Catterns; (l) a pasture close in Radford called Barkers Leys, lately occupied by Richard Taylor, deceased; (m) property in Stoke, Coventry occupied by Jane, Elizabeth and Anne Hopkins; (n) a messuage and lands in Stoke once occupied by Thomas Wagstaffe, gentleman. but now by Richard Malcher; (o) the perquisites of court in Old Fillongley, Warwickshire, namely 6/8 p.a. demised to the late Martin Holbech; (p) a farm in [Walsgrave-on-]Sow[e], Foleshill and Wyken parishes, Coventry called Notthouse [recte Mothouse = Moathouse] alias Attoxhall or Dearnes Farm alias Ernes Place, occupied [sometime] by Alderman Francis Cater; (q) Hawkesbury Farm and Grove [, Walsgrave] parish, occupied by Richard Higginson; (r) a messuage and 0.75 yardland, close and meadow in [Walsgrave] parish, along with the homestead and 0.25 yardland, once occupied by Katherine Symonds but now by - Hewitt; (s) a pasture close near Coventry lately occupied by Thomas King, being part of Priors Orchard, occupied by Cave King, widow; (t) other parts of Priors Orchard under the town wall, along with Swanswell Mill House, pool and conduit head, occupied by Thomas Bewley; (u) Greater Swans Croft, occupied by Anne Fearn, widow; (v) Sheriffs' Orchard, which is a pasture close outside Greyfriars' Gate, divided into two and held by John Palmer and Edward Owen; (w) £5 p.a. rent from Greyfriars' Churchyard with several adjacent tenements occupied by Samuel Crichlow; (x) two Spon End, Coventry tenements with grounds, inhabited by Michael Laurence, formerly leased to Abraham Walden, gentleman., deceased; (y) several grounds on the backside of Spon End, formerly demised to Sir William Jesson, Kt., now occupied by Thomas Harris; (z) various closes in Harnall Fields, Coventry, occupied by Richard Harris, Thomas Walls, John Bennett and Samuel Buggs; (aa) a pasture close near Coventry, called Windmill Hill Field and farmed by Alderman John Snell; (ab) a Spon Causeway tenement with croft and two little closes at Summerland Butts, occupied by John Ebourne; (ac) a close which forms part of Broomy Fields, lately occupied by Nicholas Wilcox, now by Charles Buggs; (ad) the lower half of a close adjoining St. Nicholas' Churchyard [,Radford] near the city, occupied by Thomas Murcott, gentleman.; (ae) 6/- p.a. rent from "Hony Feilds" [,Bishopgate Green] occupied by Sir Thomas Geery; (af) a pasture adjoining Barrs Hill [,Radford] occupied by John Hayward; (ag) a pasture called Bell Orchard [,Radford], occupied by Benjamin Brockhurst; (ah) Quarry Close and Dove Close [, Radford] occupied by Benjamin Rogers; (ai) Corner Close, Jeffrey Woods Cross, occupied by Thomas Jesson; (aj) the upper part of Broomy Fields next to Dalby's Leasowes[, Hasilwood] occupied by Robert Nicholes; (ak) a meadow which has been taken out of Broomy Fields and is held by Nathaniel Woodward; (al) Quarry Close near Radford, occupied by John Smith; (am) Hurts Close near Coventry, occupied by William Meacock; (an) Nicklins Close [,Spon End] lately occupied by William Webster, now by Vademont Eyre; (ao) a close or closes which form part of Black Orchard [, Spon End], along with Marl Fields close [,Spon End], all occupied by Charles Buggs; (ap) another part of Black Orchard called The Moor, occupied by Charles Buggs, together with all else which Coventry corporation bought under 19 July 1538 letters patent; also (aq) 23/8 p.a. rents of assize payable as follows - 2/- by George Bohun, 3/- by Robert Smith, 4/- by Humphrey Burton (gentleman.), 2/- by Sir John Garrett (Bt.), 2/- by John Gamble, 16d. by the late Alderman Joseph Chambers, 16/8 by the corporation itself and 2/8 by Holy Trinity churchwardens; all subject to the interests of beneficiaries mentioned in 101/8/18.I and to a £7/13/2 p.a. fee farm rent granted to the corporation under the 1538 letters patent.
