Whereby, having recited: firstly, CCA/2/3/212/6; secondly, CCA/2/3/212/7-8, made on behalf of Samuel Pollard (late of Birmingham, Warwickshire, now of Westminster [,Middlesex], barber) and Beata Pollard (of Saint James' parish, Clerkenwell, Middlesex, spinster), two of the children of James Pollard (of Coventry, glover, deceased); thirdly, that Robert Morton (of Blankney, Lincolnshire, clerk [in Holy Orders]) now holds the interest of his late brother Eusebius Morton (of Coventry, apothecary) in the premises; fourthly, that William Hewitt (linen-draper), William Neale (ironmonger) and Robert Morton (of whom the former two and Eusebius Morton were named executors of James Pollard along with his daughter Mary) have acquired all relevant property except that hereafter detailed; and fifthly, that James Pollard's debts and his executors' moneys have been discharged: therefore, in consideration of £100 under a bond of even date and 10/-, William Hewitt et al convey to Samuel and Beata Pollard their one-third shares in (a) the two Cross Cheaping messuages (occupied by Thomas Fern and William "Cattle" [Cattell]) and (b) "Little Billings" (farmed by Edward Foster).
