This draper was mayor in 1491 and an assignee of rent from "The Sterre" in 1500 (see PA371/1) - qua executor of John Wilgrise (see PA468/5/3/18/1). A sheriff in 1485. In 1480 a warden. Qua mayor, see BA/B/P/164/7; BA/D/K/3/19. He was a feoffee of Corpus Christi Guild (1491 - BA/B/Q/7/3; BA/B/Q/17/1,2), of the "Moone" in Smithford Street (1485ff - BA/H/H/309/14,18), of a Little Park Street messuage (1488 - PA468/5/3/35/1) and of Thomas Faunton's land (1496 - BA/B/A/57/9). He was a grantee of Smith's Chantry land at Harnall (1499 - BA/B/K/2/30: BA/H/H/298/2), and for a Smithford Street tenement (1491 - BA/B/A/48/2) and an attorney to deliver seisin (1495 - BA/H/H/292/2).
