By Susannah Devereux Eborall (of Atherstone, Warwickshire, spinster; eldest daughter of William [III] Eborall of Atherstone, gentleman, deceased), Edmund Simonds (described as in PA529/4), his wife Louisa (lately Louisa Moore, widow and formerly Louisa Eborall, spinster, another of William [III] Eborall's daughters), John Vinrace and Thomas Heath (described as in PA529/6; the Simondses' trustees) and Caroline Waldron Eborall (of Atherstone, the other Eborall daughter) to William Freer (of Atherstone, esq.) of (a) a close (lately two; 13a. 2r. 10p., successively occupied by (1) Mr. Whitehead, (2) John Adkins and Henry March, now (3) William Litchfield, farmer), (b) a lane leading from the highway by Berkswell park pales to (a) (between closes on the east and west occupied respectively by George Smith and Widow Carr), (c) a close next to Bradox's Piece or the Grove along with a little piece of the Alders or Boggs (being part of the lower part of Fentham's Gate Piece and together measuring 7a. 0r. 24p.), (d) a close (part of Fentham Gate Piece, lying eastward from (c) and covering 7a. 3r. 23p.) and (e) another part (12a. 0r. 31p.,) of the first-named close (Thomas Masters once held (a)-(e)), also (f) the Upper Part of Fenthams Gate Piece now in three parts which total 28a. 2r. 39p. (once occupied by Elizabeth Carr, widow) - (a)-(f) are in Berkswell park, Berkswell parish - (g) the Grove or Bradox's Piece (3a. 1r. 13p., late occupied by Thomas Masters) in Berkswell parish, (h) Great Hall Meadow (6a. 1r. 36p.) at Oldnall End in Berkswell parish (formerly held by John Baker) and (i) passage through Little Meadow (once occupied by Philip Foster of Berkswell, yeoman; sold by Sir Samuel Marow, knight's daughters to William Cattle (of Hampton Lodge, Hampton-in-Arden parish)) - (a)-(i) are in the second part of the schedule hereof where that estate is called Park Meadow, Far Park Close, Far Middle Park Close, Bottom Park Close, Marl Pit, Park Close, Middle Park Close, Great Park Close, Little Park Close, Far Meadow and Bradox's Piece, all once the estate of Mary Docker who was the wife of William [I] Ebroall the grandfather of the three sisters' father William [III] Eborall; also (j) closes formerly called Dockey Field, Middle Field and Little Close alias the Stripe in Saint John Baptist's parish (formerly part of Saint Michael's parish), Coventry (formerly in four parts and successively held by the currier William Smart and W. [III] Eborall, they form part of the third lot of the schedule where they are called Rope Walk Close, Bosworth's Meadow and Far Close, now occupied by Sarah Garner, widow); (k) W. [III] Eborall's Hampton-in-Arden estate, shown in the second lot of the schedule and called House and Homestead Close, Home Close, Clover Close, Bull Croft, Little Clayfield, Well Meadow, Great Clayfield, Twelve Acre Meadow, Five Acres, the Meadow, Greensward Piece, "The Three Pieces", Pit Close, New Piece, "The Five Acres" [sic], Long Close, Gorsey Piece and "the lane north of Long Close", occupied by Mary Hall as tenant for life under PA529/2; (l) 70a. in the fields of Nortoft, Guilsborough parish, Northamptonshire known as Portland, Harborugh Ways Slade and part of Hallander Ways Slade or the Yond Hill Closes, described partly in the first and partly in the third lots of the schedule, where they are called (first lot:) Spinney Meadow, Spinney, Great Yond Hills Close and Home Meadow, and (third lot:) Little Yond Hills Close and Small Meadow, all occupied by Mary Hall for life under PA529/2; (m) Great Mythe Close (13a. 0r. 22p.) now divided into an upper part (6a. 3r. 4p.) and a lower (6a. 1r. 18p.), of which the upper part abuts on the south-eastern side upon the road from Atherstone to Ratcliffe Culey and Great Sheepey, Leicestershire; also (n) Mythe Meadow (4a. 2r.2p.) adjacent on the south-eastern side to the lower part of Great Mythe Close - (m),(n) together cover 17a. 2r. 24p. and lie in Witherley parish, Leicestershire, once belonging to Richard Farmer (gentleman, deceased) and successively occupied by Thomas "Dester" and W. [III] Eborall - and (o) a Ratcliffe Culey allotment (1a.) made to Michael Baxter (of Atherstone, gentleman) in lieu of three lands which had lain in the village's open fields and were bought with other premises by William Cooper from the devisees under Michael Baxter's will, lately occupied by W. [III] Eborall but since by Michael Briggs - (m)-(o) are shown in the third lot as Top Close, Middle Close, a Meadow in Witherley and a Little Close in Ratcliffe Culey, all occupied by Mary Hall: all to be conveyed by a release the next day wherein Sarah D. Eborall is of the first part, the Simondses of the second, Thomas Vinrace and John Heath of the third, Caroline Waldron Eborall of the fourth and William Freer of the fifth.
Schedule divided into lots for each of the sisters and including Balsall, Wootton Green, Fen End and Barton-in-the-Beans property.
