By William Wheate (of Coventry, gentleman) that before 1 Dec [1606] he will levy a final concord with his mercer-brother Edmund and Henry Harwell (of Coventry, mercer) for (a) PA494/1/1's closes; also (b) two tenements, and two cottages converted into barns, on the northern side of Gosford Street outside the gate; (c) a croft next to (b) which William Wheate cultivates; (d) a messuage on the southern side of Gosford Street within the gate, which William Wyster inhabits; (e) a messuage on the southern side of Gosford Street which Widow Bunce occupies; (f) another messuage on the northern side of Gosford Street which Richard Robynson tenants - (e) and (f) together lie between a tenement lately held by the clothier Thomas Senye, one held by John Launder, the street and the city wall; and (g) a messuage outside the gate, lying between Crown land, corporation land, the street and land lately [the draper] Francis Tallants': the property will be described as five messuages, three cottages, three gardens, 10a. land, 18a. meadow, 6a. pasture and 1a. covered with water.
