In order to secure the title of the premises below to William Jackson, Margaret, William and Elizabeth Jackson agree with Sanders to levy a fine relating to cottage, garden etc in Allesley, 2 closes called Broomy Closes or Black Fenns in Allesley, in the occupation of John Large; a messuage called Hall Hill and buildings etc in Keresley, closes etc (15 acres) adjoining in Keresley occupied by John Seymour Esq, malthouse etc in Keresley, part of a hovel adjoining the malthouse but now converted into a cottage, the malthouse and cottage being occupied by George Oldham, and ground in Keresley called Thieves Stakes (3 acres 1 rood 9 perches), together with the brick kiln lately erected on it, heretofore occupied by John Wall, now George Oldham.
