Whereby, having recited: firstly to seventhly, as CCA/2/3/497/40's first seven recitals; and eighthly, that Emma Rose (of 65, Suffolk Road, Sheffield, England, spinster) has agreed to buy the share in the premises of William Buckley (of Provo City, Utah Territory, United States of America, "overlooker in Provo Cotton Factory") and his wife Sarah [nee Royle]: therefore for £75 the Buckleys sell Emma Rose their one-fifth share in all CCA/3/497/40's houses.
18 Oct 1877. Margination about CCA/3/3/497/49.
10 Feb 1884. Endorsed memorandum about deed of that date whereby Richard Smith (of Houston, Texas, United States of America, assistant engineer) and his wife Hannah Smith (of 15, Garibaldi Street, Hyde Road, Manchester) granted to Henry Smith (of 28, Red Cross Street, Leicester, grocer) their two-fifths share in a messuage on the eastern side of Well Yard, Well Street and acknowleged his right to see the main deed.
3 Mar 1887. Endorsed memorandum that the two-fifths share in the Warwick Lane premises had that day been conveyed to Samuel Camwell of Coventry by James Powles.
