(Old style 24 Jan 1670).For £33 10shilling from Smyth, Lynes and Davey to Butler, Butler grants to them: 30 oak poles and 70 ash trees in lands in Fillongley belonging to Birchley Hall, the lands being occupied by John Sale, Samuel Wood, Richard Clarke and Edward Holbech; 50 poles of oak commonly called Ruynes or black bark poles standing in Elkins Wood, Allesley; 50 of the same in Falkewood, Fillongley, occupied by Thomas Harper; covenants. With typed copy.
