By Nicholas Dilcok (formerly of Biggin; son and heir of John Dilcok, late of Coventry) to Matthew Curtes (of Coventry, baker) of a close, in both Stoke and Biggin, called Mychelshay, extending to Lilburn Lane; to be held from [30 Nov 1463] for twenty years, Matthew Curtes [sic] had it by demise from Nicholas Dilcok as per various earlier deeds, he now rendering a rose flower every St. John Baptist's Day on demand and maintaining springals.
