Reciting that by indenture dated 1 Jan 1904 Perkins conveyed to Wootton and Kelley a piece of land (14 acres 2 roods 7 perches); by another indenture dated 1 Jan 1904 Wootton and Kelley mortgaged the land to Perkins for £5500; Howells, acting on behalf of Caridis has agreed with Wootton and Kelley to purchase part of the land for £229; since this agreement Caridis has started to erect 6 messuages on the land. £500 remains due on the mortgage and it has been agreed that £200 of the purchase money shall be paid to Perkins.
Now for £200 to Perkins and £29 to Wootton and Kelley, a piece of land (654 and half square yards) fronting Chandos Street bounded by Chandos Street on the north, by land formerly of Wootton and Kelley on the south, by the land of William Reed on the east, and by land remaining that of Wootton and Kelley on the west, is conveyed to Caridis.
