[clothier])'s premises at £1/5/- per annum, Alderman Samuel Vale (esq. [watchmaker])'s at a like sum, Edward Soden (gentleman [silkman])'s at 15/- per annum, William Hall (watch-manufacturer)'s at £1/5/-, and Sir Skears Rew (knight)'s and William Whittem (liquormerchant)'s at £1; he will also keep the two Spon Street reservoirs supplied with water.
