Having recited: firstly, PA56/77/9; secondly, payment-default; thirdly that £250 is due; and fourthly, that Joseph Pratt (of Allesley parish, Warwickshire, yeoman) has prevailed upon Reverend John Blyth (of Coleshill, Warwickshire, clerk [in Holy Orders]) to pay off the principal and lend him another £150: therefore, in consideration of £400 paid to Joseph Pratt, that man and William [II] Hall (of Hinckley, Leicestershire, frameworkknitter; executor of William [I] Hall of Polesworth, Warwickshire, gentleman) transfer to Reverend John Blyth PA56/77/8's lands (occupied by J. Pratt) for redemption of £400 plus £4% per annum interest on 7 Jan [1764].
