Having recited: firstly, PA56/66/27; secondly, that on 1 Jan 1835 James Beck and William Prime disposed of their banking business to a joint stock company called the Coventry & Warwickshire Banking Company, estimating the Palmer Lane stable as worth £100, for which they became trustees on the company's behalf, whereas now Thomas Banbury [shag-manufacturer], Richard Kevitt Rotherham [watch-manufacturer], Josiah Cash [stuffmerchant], Samuel Newsome [ribbon-manufacturer] and Abraham "Burberry" [Burbury] Herbert [ribbon-manufacturer], all of Coventry, esqs., are the company's directors and John Ralphs (of Pinley, Warwickshire, esq. {ribbon-manufacturer]) and Thomas Stephens (of Coventry, gentleman) are its trustees; thirdly, that William Prime died during Feb 1841 and was buried in the Dissenters' Burial Ground in Hill Street, Coventry; fourthly, James Beck's will as in PA56/66/29; fifthly, that James Beck died on 13 Dec [1848] and his will was proved by Sarah Coker Beck (in 1848 of Bath [, Somerset], widow) on 9 Feb [1849]; sixthly, PA56/66/29; seventhly, that Simon Adams Beck (of Ironmongers Hall, Fenchurch Street, London, gentleman) is his father's heir at law; and eighthly, that Thomas Banbury et al want the stable conveyed to John Ralphs and Thomas Stephens, so have got Simon Adams Beck and Sarah Coker Beck to co-operate: therefore (in consideration of 10/- paid by J. Ralphs and T. Stephens to Simon A. Beck and Sarah C. Beck) on behalf of T. Banbury et al S.A. Beck and S.C. Beck convey to Ralphs and Stephens the stable and garden (occupied by -) as the Becks might appoint.
