Reciting PA1896/9/3/4-5 and the deeds dated 1770-1774 which are recited in PA1896/9/3/10 and also reciting PA1896/9/3/9-10. The £700 due on the 1777 mortgage remains due but the interest has been paid. Now, for £700 from Budd to Barber and £100 from Budd to John Meigh, Barber and John Meigh convey to Budd and his trustee William Wright the property in the 1777 mortgage (at PA1896/9/3/9-10). Reciting also a mortgage dated 19 Feb 1742/43 from Mary Meigh of Fillongley (widow of John Meigh the elder, gentleman) and her son John Meigh the younger, to William Meigh, the younger son of Mary Meigh, for £200 of the property now being conveyed. By an indenture dated 6 Nov 1747, this mortgage was assigned from William Meigh to John Muston of Coventry, baker for £100. William Meigh has many years since received the other £100 due to him from John Meigh and John Muston has received the money due to him. Now Muston assigns the remainder of the term due in the 1742/43 mortgage to William Elliott, as trustee for Budd.
