Having recited: firstly, PA56/77/1; secondly, that the principal and interest have eventually been discharged; thirdly, PA56/77/23; fourthly, PA56/77/24-25; and fifthly, that William Burton (of Cadeby, Leicestershire, gentleman) and George Greenway (of Attleborough Hall, Warwickshire, gentleman [solicitor]) have received the moneys owed to them: therefore, in consideration of 5/- from John Woodcock (of Coventry, gentleman [banker]), Catherine Greenway (of Attleborough Hall, spinster) (on behalf of William Burton, George Greenway, Joseph Smith (of Allesley, Warwickshire, farmer) and William Preest (of Keresley, Coventry, gentleman [yeoman])) transfers to him PA56/77/17's lands [only] for the term's residue on behalf of William Preest.
