Having recited: firstly, PA56/77/19-20; secondly, PA56/77/21-22; and thirdly, that George Greenway (of Attleborough Hall, Warwickshire, gentleman [solicitor]), Joseph Smith (of Allesley, Warwickshire, farmer) and William Burton (of Cadeby, Leicestershire, gentleman) have agreed that the term should be assigned to Catherine Greenway (of Attleborough Hall, spinster): therefore (for 10/- paid by her to George Greenway) they transfer the premises to her.
