Having recited: firstly, PA56/77/16-17; secondly, PA56/77/19-20; thirdly, PA56/77/21-22; fourthly, that George Greenway (of Attleborough Hall, Warwickshire, gentleman [solicitor]) has not sold the property; fifthly, that the £800 and £46/5/10 interest are due to William Burton (of Cadeby, Leicestershire, gentleman); sixthly, that Joseph Smith (of Allesley, Warwickshire, farmer) owes George Greenway £278/7/-; and seventhly, that Joseph Smith has agreed to sell the property to William Preest (of Keresley, Coventry, gentleman [yeoman]) for £1,636, whence the debts will be discharged: therefore (in consideration of £846/5/10 paid to William Burton, £278/7/- to G. Greenway and the £511/7/2 balance to J. Smith, all by William Preest) W. Burton, Greenway and Smith convey to W. Preest PA56/77/17's lands (occupied by Smith) with any allotments made at the time of enclosure in lieu of common land which Smith had then owned.
