Clay, Abijah Hill Pears of Allesley, Warwickshire, esq., and John Cash of Coventry, ribbon manufacturer of, the messuage or tenement conveyed in 1168/1/1 in Leicester Street, Holy Trinity Parish, Coventry built by Joseph Wastinge, on land called Doctors Quarry or Goalhouse Close with garden adjoining to the South and appurtenances. This property is now known as and occupied as 'The Industrial Home' (this property later became 'Coventry Industrial School' and afterwards 'Newfield School'. Its archives are held on deposit as Accession 556. The school moved later to a site in Newfield Road, was transferred to the control of the City Council in 1972 and has now closed). Usual covenants.
