Whereby, having recited: firstly, that William Henry Tabberer (of "Queenswood", Keresley, Warwickshire [,textile] manufacturer) owns hereditaments coloured pink on an attached plan; secondly, that the provost and scholars of The Queen's College, Oxford University own land shown in green on the plan and are entitled to use of a 12 foot wide drift road over their premises; but thirdly, that they have agreed to release their right: therefore the college releases to William Henry Tabberer its rights over a road hatched in red on the plan, whilst he grants the college right of carriage along a road shown hatched in blue on the plan.
