Eburhe and trees: to be held from 25 Mar [1804] for seventeen years at £21 per annum plus £5 per annum per acre of meadow tilled at any time, over 8a. of the rest tilled during the final quinquennium or over 1a. sown with flax at any time; re-entry and husbandry clauses as in PA54/34/21.
